The reason why I am so passionate about physio is thanks to my mum.
She was involved in a car accident as a teenager and suffered from chronic whiplash and back pain as a result.
She went from experiencing debilitating migraines, neck pain and back pain to being able to enjoy life again – all thanks to a physio!
This lead me wanting to change lives the same way I saw happen with my mum.
My career began working in private clinics and at the Adelaide Crows as a trainer travelling with the team to interstate games.
Through treating clients with more complex presentations, I saw the importance of utilising a full body approach to reduce pain and restrictions.
I started to attend many courses aimed at developing my knowledge in manual therapy and movement.
As my skills improved, my interests expanded into chronic pain and disability, areas which I am now extremely passionate about.
