All services charged at NDIS Price Guide rates. Registered provider since 2020.
Private Payment
No referral needed. Pay per session via card or bank transfer. See rates below.
Medicare
GP referral required. Pay full fee upfront, claim $61.80 rebate from Medicare.
WorkCover & CTP
Workplace injury and motor vehicle claims. Accepted on a case-by-case basis.

We charge for all NDIS services at the rates set in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. This applies to physiotherapy sessions in-clinic, at your home, via telehealth and in the pool.

NDIS Travel Costs
For mobile and home-visit services, travel is charged separately per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Metro Adelaide
For home visits and hydrotherapy sessions within Greater Adelaide, travel is charged per the NDIS Price Guide rates.
Regional Areas
Travel to regional locations is calculated individually and outlined in your service agreement before therapy begins.
We minimise your travel costs by grouping sessions by area and scheduling efficiently. Where possible, we accommodate your preferred location and time to keep costs down and sessions up.

Chronic Disease Management Plan
Medicare provides a partial rebate for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year through a GP-issued Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan — sometimes called an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan.
Important: You must pay the full service cost at the time of your session. You then claim your Medicare rebate separately — either at a Medicare office, via MyGov, or through the Medicare app. The Medicare rebate is $61.80 (item code 10960), which does not cover the full session fee.

Workplace Injury & Motor Vehicle Claims
We accept WorkCover SA and CTP (Compulsory Third Party) motor vehicle accident claims on a case-by-case basis. If you have an active claim, get in touch and we'll assess whether we can assist with your recovery.

NDIS Funding
What NDIS plan types do you accept?
We accept all three NDIS plan management types: agency managed, plan managed and self managed. Regardless of how your plan is managed, you'll receive the same quality of service.
For NDIA (agency) managed and plan managed participants, our admin team handles all invoicing directly. If you're self managed, we'll send you an invoice after each session for you to process.
How much do NDIS sessions cost?
We charge at the rates set in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. These rates are published by the NDIA and updated periodically. We don't add any additional fees or surcharges beyond what the Price Guide allows.
Your service agreement will clearly outline all fees before therapy begins — no surprises.
Is travel included in my NDIS sessions?
Travel is charged separately for home visits and mobile services, per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. There's no travel charge if you attend our Prospect clinic or use telehealth. We work to minimise your travel costs by scheduling efficiently.
Do I need a referral for NDIS sessions?
You don't need a GP referral — you just need an active NDIS plan with sufficient funding in your Capacity Building budget. Note that some plans require pre-approval for physiotherapy, so check with your support coordinator or plan manager first. Your support coordinator, plan manager, or you directly can submit a referral to get started.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
What happens if I miss a session?
For NDIS participants, we require at least 48 hours' notice — missed sessions and late cancellations may be charged per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. For clinic, private and Medicare sessions, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. We understand things come up — just let us know as early as possible.

Medicare
How does Medicare work for physiotherapy?
Your GP can create a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan that includes up to five allied health sessions per calendar year. This covers physiotherapy, but you need the GP referral first.
You pay the full service cost at the time of your session, then claim your Medicare rebate of $61.80 (item code 10960). The rebate does not cover the full fee — the difference is your gap payment.
How do I claim my Medicare rebate?
After your session, you can claim your rebate through MyGov online, at a Medicare office, or through the Medicare app. We provide you with the receipt and item number you need to make your claim.

Can I use Medicare and private health together?
You can't claim from both Medicare and private health insurance for the same session. However, once you've used your five Medicare sessions for the year, you may be able to claim through your private fund for additional sessions — check with your insurer for details.
Private, WorkCover & CTP
Do I need a referral for private sessions?
No. You can book directly — no GP referral is required for private physiotherapy sessions. Sign up for an online account and we'll send you an intake form to complete before your first session.
Can I claim through my private health fund?
If your private health insurance includes extras cover for physiotherapy, you may be eligible for a rebate. The amount varies by fund and plan. We provide HICAPS on-the-spot claiming where available, or a receipt for manual claiming.
How do WorkCover and CTP claims work?
We accept WorkCover SA (workplace injury) and CTP (motor vehicle accident) claims on a case-by-case basis. Fees are charged per the relevant fee schedule. Get in touch with your claim details and we'll let you know whether we can assist.
Our admin team handles all invoicing for WorkCover and CTP claims — you don't need to worry about billing.
