Your Space, Your Pace
Therapy happens in the environment where you live, move, and recover. No travel stress, no waiting rooms — just focused one-on-one care in your home.
Home Visit Physiotherapy
Home visit physiotherapy in Adelaide from a senior, experienced team. Hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and expert care — in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Not everyone can make it to a clinic — and sometimes, home is simply the best place to get better. Our mobile physiotherapy service brings expert care directly to you.
Therapy happens in the environment where you live, move, and recover. No travel stress, no waiting rooms — just focused one-on-one care in your home.
We assess and train movement in the place it matters most. From navigating your hallway to getting in and out of bed — your therapy is tailored to your actual daily life.
Every home visit is delivered by an experienced, senior therapist with the skill and confidence to manage complex presentations independently.
Home visits make it easy for family members and carers to be part of the process — learning exercises, asking questions, and supporting your recovery firsthand.
We get the full picture by seeing how you move at home. Equipment, furniture, stairs, flooring — everything feeds into a therapy plan that actually fits your life.
We work around your routine, not the other way around. Sessions are scheduled at times that suit you — including early mornings and late afternoons where available.

Our Approach
Our therapists combine skilled hands-on therapy with tailored exercise — because lasting results come from addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms.
For complex or chronic pain presentations, our clinic also offers Neura Manual Therapy™ — a precision nervous-system-led approach developed by our founder. If your therapist believes you'd benefit from clinic-based Neura MT sessions alongside your home visits, they'll discuss this with you.
A senior, experienced team with a reputation for thorough, high-quality care — whether at home, in clinic, or in the pool.
Every clinician on our team brings years of hands-on clinical experience. You'll always see someone experienced.
We're known for skilled manual therapy, not just exercise sheets. Our therapists use their hands at every session.
Home visits across the Adelaide metropolitan area. We also offer clinic sessions at our Prospect location.
Fully registered NDIS provider since 2020. We also accept RTWSA, CTP, private health, Medicare (with GP referral), and self-funded clients.
Water-based therapy can be a powerful complement to your home visit sessions — and we offer it across multiple warm-water pools in Adelaide.
Our physiotherapists provide one-on-one hydrotherapy sessions at warm-water pools across the metro area. The buoyancy and warmth reduce pain and allow movement that may be difficult on land — ideal for chronic pain, post-surgical rehab, neurological conditions, and paediatric therapy.
Many of our home visit clients add hydrotherapy into their care plan for faster progress and variety.

Absolutely. Many clients use a mix of both. Our Prospect clinic offers additional services including Neura Manual Therapy™ and clinic equipment. Your therapist will recommend the best combination for you.
Just wear comfortable clothing that allows movement, and have some clear floor space if possible. Your therapist brings everything they need — including their own portable treatment table for hands-on therapy if indicated. If you have any relevant scans, reports, or a list of medications, having those handy can be helpful but isn't essential.
Home visit sessions are generally 60 minutes. This gives your therapist enough time for hands-on therapy, exercise, and discussion — without feeling rushed. Your therapist will confirm the best session length for your situation.
