You’re Travelling to Adelaide
You live interstate, in regional South Australia or overseas, and would rather make one trip than fit in weekly appointments.
Interstate & Out-of-Town Clients · Chronic Conditions
Three 90-minute hands-on sessions with Lee Stewart over three or four days — Neura Manual Therapy™, concentrated into one visit to Adelaide. Designed for long-standing conditions, and for people travelling from interstate or regional South Australia who can’t come in week after week.
Who It’s For
An intensive suits people who want to make one trip count — and anyone who’d like longer, concentrated time with Lee.
You live interstate, in regional South Australia or overseas, and would rather make one trip than fit in weekly appointments.
Pain or symptoms that have lasted months or years — that spread, move around, or don’t make sense next to a “normal” scan.
Physio, chiro, massage or medication haven’t held, and you want a different, whole-person look at what’s keeping your symptoms going.
Longer sessions, close together, with each one building on the last — rather than starting again every week or two.
Why Three Sessions, Close Together
Neura Manual Therapy™ looks at how your nervous system is protecting you — the guarding patterns that can keep pain and other symptoms going long after an injury. An intensive gives that work room: longer sessions, close together, each one starting where the last left off.
What’s Included
One-on-one hands-on treatment with Lee — four and a half hours of Neura Manual Therapy™ in total.
As with every hands-on session: an optional ten minutes on the vibration plate after each session, and PEMF and vibroacoustic therapy where they suit you — all part of your sessions.
We call you to find three or four days that fit your flights and where you’re staying — before you book anything else.
Sauna, red light, hydrogen, mHBOT and CO₂ therapy can sit around your sessions. Ask when we call — they’re booked separately.
How It Works
An intensive is a real commitment of your time and travel, so every one starts with a health screen. Lee reviews it to make sure an intensive is right for you before anything is booked.
Answer our health questionnaire online — about ten minutes, and the same one every new hands-on client completes. Already a Physio Now client? You won’t need to do it again.
Lee reads your answers to make sure an intensive is the right fit — before anything is booked or paid.
Once you’re approved, we text you a secure link to pay your deposit online — or send it while you’re on the phone with us. Like your sessions, it’s claimable back through private health.
We call you from 08 8351 2270 to plan your three 90-minute sessions over three or four days, around your travel, at our Prospect clinic.

Who You’ll See
Registered physiotherapist · Founder, Neura Manual Therapy™
Lee founded Physio Now to provide careful, thorough physiotherapy for people with complex conditions. Studying advanced manual therapy — including Fascial Counterstrain, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation in the United States and France — led Lee to findings on the neurological patterns that drive chronic pain and dysfunction. Those patterns are what Neura Manual Therapy™ is designed to address.
Every intensive is with Lee, at the Physio Now clinic in Prospect.
What people ask before they apply for an intensive — about the sessions, screening, claiming and planning a trip.
People living with a long-standing (chronic) condition, and people travelling from interstate, regional South Australia or overseas who’d rather make one trip than come in week after week. Anyone who’d like longer, concentrated time with Lee can apply too.
The first session starts with a thorough history and an assessment of how your body is guarding, then hands-on treatment. The second looks at what has changed and goes further into the patterns that matter most for you. The third builds on what we’ve found, and we talk through what to do when you’re home.
Longer sessions give time to assess and treat in one visit, and sessions close together let each one start where the last left off. Spreading them over three or four days leaves time to rest and notice what changes between sessions.

An intensive asks a lot of your time and travel. Lee reads every health questionnaire first, so an intensive only goes ahead when it’s the right fit for you — before you commit to anything.
Lee reviews your answers. If an intensive is right for you, we text you a secure link to pay your deposit, then call you from 08 8351 2270 to plan your three sessions around your travel.
