Do you provide home visits in my area?
We cover metropolitan Adelaide extensively and also travel to regional areas including the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, Barossa Valley, Murray Bridge, and Kangaroo Island. If you're unsure whether we service your area, give us a call or send an email and we'll let you know.
How often do you visit Kangaroo Island?
Lee visits Kangaroo Island periodically throughout the year. Contact our team to find out about upcoming visit dates and to arrange a session during the next trip to the island.
Is there a travel charge for home visits?
For NDIS participants, travel charges apply per the NDIS Price Guide rates and are transparent — your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm how this fits within your plan. For private home visit sessions, a travel fee applies based on distance. Contact us for details specific to your location.

Can I choose which pool I attend for hydrotherapy?
Yes — we work with you to find the most convenient warm-water pool from our network of 13 venues across Adelaide. Your therapist will help you choose a location that works best for your needs and location.
Are the hydrotherapy pools accessible?
Most of our pool locations have ramp or lift access for participants who need additional support entering the water. We'll match you with the location that best suits your accessibility requirements.
