NDIS Hydrotherapy
in Adelaide

Goal-focused NDIS hydrotherapy across multiple warm-water pool locations in Adelaide. Build strength, improve mobility and gain confidence in the water β€” with a dedicated physiotherapist by your side every session.

Why Hydrotherapy Works

Warm water reduces joint loading, eases pain and creates a safe environment to move, strengthen and build confidence. For many NDIS participants, the pool is where real progress begins.

Reduced Joint Load

Buoyancy supports up to 90% of your body weight, allowing movement that may be difficult or painful on land.

Strength & Conditioning

Water provides natural resistance in every direction, building functional strength safely and progressively.

Neurological Benefits

Warm water promotes relaxation of overactive muscles and may improve sensory processing, balance and coordination.

Cardiovascular Fitness

Water-based exercise may improve heart and lung capacity with less impact, supporting overall health and endurance.

NDIS Goal Focused

Every session is structured around your NDIS goals β€” from walking and transfers to community participation and independence.

Confidence & Wellbeing

The pool environment reduces fear of falling and creates a positive, enjoyable experience that builds long-term motivation.

What happens at the first session?

How quickly can I start?

Sessions & Pricing

How is hydrotherapy priced under the NDIS?
