Having a sporting background, he understands the benefits of maintaining overall movement and wellness. Connor works with his clients with pain or movement difficulty with a full body approach, giving them the right tools for better performance and a better life. Connor spends most of his weekends challenging his movement skills with rock climbing (mostly falling though).
Jenny is a licensed occupational therapist who has worked extensively in the disability and paediatric sector. She endeavours in taking the time to connect with clients to ensure that therapy is tailored to meet their goals. Jenny is a confident equipment prescriber and aims to ensure that the client’s physical environment is not only safe but personalised to suit their needs to facilitate functional outcomes. She has an interest in complex behaviours, trauma, and sensory processing. In her own time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her dogs and reading.
Marko is a licensed physiotherapist who comes from a rich background of sectors, including private health and the disability space across Adelaide. Marko is a people person, sharing a passion for connecting with and helping his clients live their best life. Marko’s sessions are practical and functional, helping his clients translate and apply their achievements within sessions into their everyday lives. Outside of physio, Marko is a qualified infantry soldier and a Ukrainian Cossack Dancer, having performed internationally and likewise across Australia.
Julia is a licensed physiotherapist from Adelaide who is passionate about helping you understand your body, providing you with the necessary tools to take your health into your own hands. With a strong interest in targeted strength training and flexibility, Julia’s mission is to work with you to design a tailored program to have your body moving optimally. Outside of physiotherapy, Julia practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with hopes to one day compete at the World Championships.
Phil is a licensed physiotherapist and has a goal orientated approach in helping the community make healthier choices in their day to day lives. Phil has had extensive experience in working in rural and acute metropolitan hospitals establishing strong assessment skills to target key areas of deficits for his clients. Outside of physiotherapy, Phil maintains an active lifestyle with training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and playing golf as well as consuming a lot of music and podcast content.
